Check out our sweet boy, Bernie! Bernie was found as a stray and the person who found him wanted to keep him, but after a few weeks he went after his cat so he was taken to the county shelter. Poor Bernie, he lost two homes in a short period of time. We saw him there and were happy to rescue him and bring him to safety with us. 

This handsome boy has quickly become a staff favorite…he has so many good qualities! He’s housebroken, polite, and great on a leash. He loves walks and happily bounces the whole way. He’s good with other dogs, but hasn’t been super playful just yet. He’d much rather snuggle up on your lap for a belly rub. That fluffy coat means he’ll require regular brushing, but it also means he’s perfect for cuddling. 🥰 Bernie is pretty easy-going and is looking for a home with a yard to romp around in and a person or family to love him forever.
