Juno – Cattle Dog/Pit Bull mix – 1 ½ yrs – female (40lbs)

Please welcome our little sweetie, Juno! This adorable girl was adopted from a county shelter as a puppy and then surrendered by her owners to that same county shelter because they “really don’t want a dog right now” – REALLY??! How heartbreaking for Juno; she did nothing to deserve that treatment. We saw her happy smile sitting in that county kennel and just had to have her! 

Juno is an absolute delight! She’s playful, happy, and super snuggly. She loves people and attention and is great with men, women, and kids. She is a rough and tumble player and can be a bit much for some dogs, but will happily romp with the right canine companion. She is very smart and will train easily; she’s also very treat motivated. Juno is so very loving and will happily flop in your lap. This little girl is looking for an active family or person that will keep her moving and include her in their adventurers. She’s the perfect size to travel with and would love to spend all of her time with you. She was not given what she needed in her first home, but we’re determined to prove to her that humans can be dependable – could you be the one to prove this to her?
