Mosley – American Bulldog/Staffordshire Terrier mix – 8yrs - Male (70lbs)

Meet our handsome gentleman, Mosley! He had been picked up as a stray once before and was reclaimed, but the second time he arrived at that county shelter, no one ever came for him. It’s so sad to have a senior dog sit at a crowded county shelter so we had to rescue him outta there. Now he’s safe and sound with us.

Mosley is still somewhat shut down and we’re learning that it takes a bit to get him to open up, but once he sees a toy – it’s game on! Whether it’s a ball, a squeaky toy, or a rope, he is all about the toys. It’s amazing to see him look happy and carefree! Mosley walks well on a leash and enjoys his time out and about. We don’t know anything about his past life, but he does seem to be housebroken so we believe he may have lived in a home at some point. He also enjoys laying in the sun or splashing around in the baby pool. We know that Mosley shared a kennel with a female dog at the county shelter, but we haven’t seen him show much interest in other dogs yet. We’ll keep trying to find him a playmate. We can’t wait to see this boy relax and blossom into the amazing dog we believe he will be. If you’re looking for a quiet companion to take walks with, play ball with, and just hang out with, Mosley may be just who you’re looking for. Complete our application to meet and hopefully adopt our sweet boy!
