Phoebe – Pitbull mix – 1 ½ yrs – female (60lbs)

Introducing our very special girl, Phoebe! Phoebe’s mom and her litter were dumped at the county shelter in the middle of the night when the puppies were just eight weeks old. Luckily, the employees spotted them when they came in the next morning and brought them in. Sadly, Phoebe has been living at that shelter ever since…until we stepped in. The poor girl has never been in a real home or had an actual family. When we heard her story, we decided to make her part of the SHR family so we can find her a loving, forever home that she so deserves. 

Phoebe is so very sweet! She’s gentle, polite, and such an amazing dog. She loves people and other dogs, but sometimes takes a minute to get comfortable. At the county shelter she was the one chosen to go to different events because she was always so well-behaved. This sweet girl is a true gem! Phoebe deserves so much more than the life she’s had thus far; please help us change her future and give her a loving home where she will be cared for the rest of her life.
